How I can help

Bring me the workflow that keeps creating extra work.

I’m most useful when the business already has tools and people, but the way work moves between them is messy, fragile, or too dependent on manual follow-up.

01

CRM & automation systems

GoHighLevel pipelines, workflows, forms, calendars, tags, lead routing, follow-up logic, missed-call flows, email/SMS journeys, opportunity movement, and backend cleanup.

02

Integrations & data flow

Make.com, Zapier, APIs, webhooks, Stripe, Zoho CRM, Google Sheets, Apps Script, Airtable, and troubleshooting where systems disagree or stop syncing.

03

Operations & client experience

Onboarding architecture, intake, follow-up, handoffs, ownership rules, SOPs, client communication, progress tracking, and removing recurring bottlenecks.

A typical project

It usually starts with “this keeps happening.”

Leads are sitting without follow-up. Onboarding is waiting for logins. Nobody notices a field is blank until the dashboard is wrong. A task disappears when one person misses a meeting. Customers receive duplicate messages. A subscription changes in one tool but not another.

I trace the operational cause, decide what should happen instead, and then build the simplest system that can reliably support that process.

Ways to work together

Flexible enough for the problem you actually have.

I’m not trying to force every business into the same giant automation package.

P

Project build

A defined CRM, integration, onboarding, dashboard, or workflow project with a clear scope and handover.

R

Ongoing retainer

Continuous system improvement, troubleshooting, QA, documentation, and small builds as the operation changes.

PT

Part-time systems partner

Embedded support for a team that wants someone thinking across operations and automation rather than only completing tickets.

Good fit

I’m probably useful if...

  • You already use GoHighLevel or another CRM but the process around it is inconsistent.
  • Your team keeps chasing clients, logins, approvals, missing information, or internal follow-up manually.
  • You need systems connected but also need someone who understands why the connection matters operationally.
  • Your dashboards or reports are only as reliable as the manual data people remember to enter.
  • You want a builder who will question the process when there is a simpler or more resilient way to run it.
